Relectrify selected as winner of the APAC Mobility session of Plug and Play Japan program
Earlier this year, Relectrify was selected for Plug and Play Japan’s accelerator, a 3-month program providing growth companies from around the world the opportunity to collaborate with leading Japanese companies. The Fall Summit 2020 edition counted 166 participating startups across six different themes: Brand & Retail, Internet of Things, Insurtech, Mobility, Fintech, and Hardtech & Health.
The end-of-program Expo event, exceptionally taking place virtually this year, allows each startup to present the results of their work during the 3-month accelerator program. Relectrify participated in the Mobility channel which focused on the role of automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier 1 suppliers in the future of the automotive industry. Every year, around 150 startups participate in the Plug and Play Mobility program, working with collaborators, including Aisin Seiki and Mitsubishi towards a more connected and smarter world of mobility.
After three months of productive work, we are pleased to say that Relectrify was selected as the best Asia-Pacific (APAC) company presentation for the Mobility theme. This milestone furthered the interest in Relectrify’s battery control technology from Japanese companies and follows on from a number of recent deployments across the globe.
